Post-Doctoral Fellowship Opportunity: We’re Hiring!

The Department of Community Health and Epidemiology (http://che.medicine.dal.ca/) and the Nova Scotia Cochrane Resource Centre (http://cochrane.che.dal.ca/) at Dalhousie University are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellowship candidate to work within an evidence synthesis research program. The successful applicant will work on systematic review and rapid response research projects, and evidence synthesis methodological investigations.

The successful candidate will possess a PhD or equivalent in a relevant health sciences or social sciences field, earned within the last six years. Areas of substantive expertise could include epidemiology, knowledge translation, rehabilitation, and health policy. Applicants should be familiar with evidence synthesis methods, general quantitative methods (e.g. regression, meta-analysis), and clinical problems. Understanding of more advanced quantitative approaches (e.g. multi-level models, IPD meta-analyses, meta-regression analyses) is an asset.
